Founded in 1996, we are a small firm with just few employees carefully chosen for their individual skills and personal qualities.

Whilst there is always the opportunity to increase our workload and to become a larger business, we feel this would detract from what has made us successful, and we have made the choice to remain a small firm, able to maintain our customer relations and quality control.

David Reynolds, the proprietor, undertakes all surveys and inspections; personally compiles all reports, specifications and quotations; and attends to site management.

Jean, our administrator, takes care of day-to-day accounts, guarantees and general office duties on a part-time basis.

We employ three experienced, full-time Technicians to carry out all specialist works and treatments, either as a team or individually – depending on the nature of the job. These Technicians are also able to carry out plastering and general building work to a high standard.

We try to keep as much of our work in-house as possible. However, we do also have a small network of good, reliable sub-contract tradesmen who we occasionally employ for non-specialist works such as plastering or general building; or for other specialist works such as joinery, plumbing and electrical work.
