Our Approach
GUARANTEES
Timber and rising damp treatments. Most of these treatments are covered by our own independent Guarantee for 20 years, and our own Guarantee document is issued on completion of our contract with the client. If required, our Guarantee can be independently insured through GPI for a small one-off registration fee of approximately £60. and additional documentation will be issued by GPI to insure and honour our own Guarantee should we be unable to fulfill our legal responsibilities in the unlikely case of any claim.
Structural reinforcement. This work is usually eligible for a Guarantee of either ten or 20 years, depending on the type of repair. Our own Guarantee document is issued, with the option of an additional insured warranty for an additional fee.
Waterproofing and tanking. This is usually covered by our ten year Guarantee, although certain specifications may be guaranteed for 20 years – again with optional guarantee insurance for greater peace of mind.
