BWPDA

PCA (Property Care Association). This is a division of the BWPDA relating specifically to contractors and installers. As members we are regularly audited and routine inspections are carried out by PCA officers, assessing the quality of workmanship and to ensure that all health and safety regulations are complied with. PCA will ensure that any complaints made against their members are properly investigated and that a fair and satisfactory outcome is achieved.

PCA

Trustmark. This is an award-winning scheme supported by government, the building industry and consumer groups, set up to help the general public avoid rogue traders by identifying reliable and trustworthy companies. Our affiliation with Trustmark is through our membership of the BWPDA and PCA.
