Our Approach
SURVEYS, REPORTS & QUOTATIONS
Pre-purchase, pre-sale or re-mortgage reports. These services generally require a formal diagnosis, and therefore a professional fee is charged for a survey and report. Prices start at just £50 (+VAT) for a non-invasive inspection of any property up to four bedrooms in size. Prices for larger properties, or where exploratory work is required on a property, may be proportionally higher to reflect the greater extent of work involved.
Free initial consultation. We realise that professional advice can be invaluable when planning remedial or renovation work. David Reynolds can provide a free initial consultation session, where any specific needs can be discussed and the nature and scale of a project can be explored. An initial consultation session may even be sufficient to provide a more detailed quotation and specification.
Free inspections and quotations. Where the owner of a property (or their architect or builder) has a specific job in mind, we are happy to provide a free inspection and quotation, at our discretion. A written quotation is often provided, offering additional recommendations and general relevant advice.
Investigations and consultancy services. David Reynolds can provide quotations for these services on request. We strive to ensure our fees remain highly competitive, particularly when compared to those of architects, engineers or surveyors.
