A good understanding of the biology of wood-rotting fungi enables us to undertake effective remedial treatment with the minimum of disturbance.

In most cases some degree of timber replacement will be necessary, however the targeted application of deep-penetrating preservatives enables us to preserve in-situ timbers which many of our competitors would remove with associated additional cost and disruption.

In most cases we use only the safest Boron (Borate) based preservatives in solid, gel or liquid forms to eradicate fungal infections and to preserve new or existing timbers.

We are also able to undertake general building and timber repair work often associated with fungal decay problems, and we also specialise in timber-resin repairs using the patented Rotafix TRS system.
