BACKGROUND
We are a small company employing just a handful of permanent staff, carefully chosen for their individual skills and abilities. Having personally treated and surveyed many thousands of buildings already during his career, David Reynolds is one of the most qualified and experienced figures within the industry in Cornwall. Collectively, our staff form a team with the ability to undertake a wide range of both specialist treatments and general building work.
We consistently undertake our work to the highest of standards, and value the close working relationships we have with our clients. Our aim is to always provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Since 1996 we have also developed a strong reputation among many surveyors, architects, engineers and contractors. They are frequently happy to use or recommend us to others, secure in the knowledge that we will provide their clients with excellent service and workmanship at realistic prices.
A significant proportion of our work is on Cornwall’s old terraced workers’ cottages and Victorian town houses. However, we also work on larger properties or buildings of historical significance, including churches and listed buildings.
